Wise Regional Health System, a 156-bed community hospital in Decatur, TX, which used to rely on manual processes for medication orders before implementing MedSeries4 medication management has seen its compliance for home medication reconciliation increase from less than 50% to over 97% over a six month period time.
"Nurses quickly adopted the process once they realized the medication forms transferred easily from account to account and it also reduced the time required for documentation," said Jennifer Graham, Director of Clinical and Ancillary Applications at Wise Regional.
